Ten Drawer Timber Entomological Cabinet - Standard Model
Entomological cabinet with ten (10) quality drawers. The drawers are in two tiers which are set side by side, with each tier containing 5 drawers. By popular demand the internal height of each drawer is now 10mm higher (total 52mm) than the previous series. Consequently the drawer height size is comparable to the metal cabinets. The cabinet shell is made from 16mm select beech natural finish laminex and the drawers from Meranti. Each drawer is accurately made and is interchangeable with other drawers in this cabinet series. An accurate fitting frame, also made from Meranti and glass, fits snugly over each drawer. Twin pull knobs and a card frame are provided. The drawers accommodate the unit pinning trays series E245 to E247. One such combination per drawer is:
The trays will fit into the drawer regardless of whether polyethylene foam is lining the bottom of the drawer or not. (Please see images for example tray layout in drawer). Cabinet is supplied with 10 Fumicels. Overall Dimensions
Please Note : These cabinets cannot be sent by Australia Post - The metal entomological cabinet is crated and sent by carrier whereas the timber entomological and microslide cabinets are not crated but sent by a Furniture Removalist company. At the time of ordering, or prior to this time, we will send you a quotation for your approval before despatch.
