Containers (Field/Lab) - Killing Jars

Clear glass jars with plastic screw lid. A layer of cotton wool is situated on the bottom of the jar which is covered by a circular piece of polyethylene foam. The foam has a hole in the centre which allows a non-toxic fluid (e.g. Ethyl Acetate) to be dropped onto the cotton wool by means of a dropping pipette. The pipette is an optional extra.

There are ~~two~~ one size available and both are available uncharged. Regret the large size are no longer available.

Please note: The Killing Jars are uncharged. No actual killing agent is supplied with the jar. Please refer to Laboratory Supplies companies if Ethyl Acetate or other killing agent is required as we do not handle these chemicals.
