Microscopes/Accessories - Minitool Micro Tool Sharpener Set

The MTS-40 sharpener set is so designed that it is a simple task to resharpen, recondition or repolish Minitool microtools. It can also be used for other micro instruments that fits the indexer tool holder or it can be used with special designed tool holders.

The design of the indexer/sharpener fixture is based on the three point principle assures smooth non-rocking operation. Both the tool holder and mount on the indexer rotate at 360 degrees. Holder mounts have incremental marks for repeatable setting of angles. The tool holder has a 4.75mm (.187") diameter opening. Special holder with larger or smaller openings made to order. The MTS-40 set includes:

Plastic work tray with molded cavities for glass substrate and tools..

Assortment of abrasive from 600 to 20,000 grit..
