Help Desk - How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order you will need to login to your account. Once you have logged in:

  1)  Click on the order history button at bottom of main account page.
  2)  Click on the "View Order" link next to the order you wish to check.
  3)  Your complete order information is displayed. This information includes a summary of all items ordered, delivery and billing addresses, and delivery and payment methods along with other details. At the top of the page you will see an entry entitled 'Order Status' which will tell you the current state of your order, and the date the order was received and dispatched (if order has been sent).
