When do you charge my credit card?

If your order is to be sent outside Australia, then the prices excluding GST are applicable. If your order is to be delivered within Australia, then the prices including GST are applicable.
All orders are to be paid in Australian currency (AUD).
Unless otherwise indicated or arranged, products on this Website are listed and invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices shown on this website in currencies other than Australian Dollars—i.e. United States Dollars (USD)—are provided for your convenience and are to be used as estimates only. In the case that your native currency is not AUD, you can contact your credit card provider to calculate the exact figure to be charged to your account. Additional bank and other charges associated with any payment to/from us are the responsibility of the customer.
A payment is only recognised as 'received' when the full amount has been cleared and fully credited to our account. Delivery & Returns
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take to arrive?
Delivery cost varies depending on products ordered, shipping address, and shipping method. Before placing your order, you will be prompted to select your delivery address and a total shipping cost will be generated. For larger items, such as Entomological Cabinets, a shipping quote will need to be generated.
Do you accept International Orders?
Yes we do accept International Orders! If your order is to be sent outside Australia, then the prices excluding GST are applicable. If your order is to be delivered within Australia, then the prices including GST are applicable. All orders are to be paid in Australian currency (AUD).

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, but the order must be sent by any of the Postal methods.
Can you send the items to one address, and the invoice to another?
Yes we can! Please keep in mind that an invoice will also be emailed to you upon dispatchment of your order.
When you are going through the checkout process, you will be asked to indicate which address you wish your goods to be shipped to. This can be an address other than your account's default address (i.e. can be an address from your address book). You will also be asked to indicate to which address you would like the invoice to be sent. This address can be the same as the delivery address, or an entirely different address.

Can I add additional items to my order?
Sorry, but unfortunately additional items cannot be added to an existing unshipped order. Should you wish to purchase additional items, you will need to place a new order for those additional items.
What is this G.S.T.?
The G.S.T. is Australia's 'Goods and Services Tax', which is currently charged at 10% of the sale price of the item.
Prices excluding G.S.T are shown on all products. Prices excluding G.S.T are applicable when goods are exported outside Australia. Otherwise, the price including G.S.T. is payable, which will be added and displayed at checkout.
